President of American Lock & Key, Rick was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois before enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 1985. After spending four years in the Navy, receiving an honorable discharge, Rick returned to the Chicagoland area. He started working in the locksmith industry in 1990. Working for Bob Quinlan at Quinlan Lock and Alarm, Rick learned many aspects of the trade including basic locksmithing, design and implementation of master key systems, access control and safe opening, service and repair.

In 1996 Rick relocated his wife and children to Las Vegas, where they have continued to make their home for the past 20 years. In 2002 Rick established American Lock & Key, with a foundation of customer service, competitive pricing and integrity. Since then it has grown into the most dependable locksmith company in the Las Vegas valley.

Rick maintains affiliations with SAVTA (Safe & Vault Technician Association).
