Melissa Eppley has lived in Las Vegas since 2004; originally from California. She has been in the customer service industry for over a decade. In 2011 she completed a state certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant.

Hired on at American Lock & Key in 2014 as the Office Manager, Melissa is the person communicating customer needs to our technicians and making sure they are completely satisfied with their services. She excels in customer relations and integration with the staff. Outside of her position with American Lock & Key she is a dedicated wife, mother and friend.
